Hi there, 

I was recently charged with incorrect roaming charges on my latest bill and I did not leave the country (Canada) but I live near the USA border. Please I ask kindly for a dispute thank you! 
 

I was told to contact via phone after taking time to visit in person. However it’s been extremely difficult to get in contact with someone. 

 

 

Hi ​@siix we have looked into the charges you mentioned and they were all triggered by data usage while roaming, with no Canadian usage throughout. For more details, please check the usage section in self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
