I recently bought a phone from Koodo and changed my account to enable automatic payment. I was offered a free perk with this option but have not been able to add it. Each time I try, there is no way to save the option I pick. My selection is Unlimited International SMS. Why can’t I save my selection?

We issued a form request form to add the Unlimited International SMS perk on the number and it would usually take 48-72 hours to be added.
Make sure to check the Self Serve account for the feature to be there before using it.
thank you. Wondering what the problem was that this could not be completed in self serve? When these free perks are offered as part of a deal, your customers should not have to do through the trouble of asking for it after they have done their part and set up autopay, which is what I did. I was also offered $5 off my plan per month and will be sure to look for this discount on my next bill. I

There is an issue that occurs sporadically when managing the perks, our team is aware and is investigating.
Unfortunately, we don't have an ETR for it.

We see the perk has been added in the meantime on the line ending in *5 and the autopay discount should apply starting with the next bill.
I am in the same boat, my unlimited long distance pack doesn’t show up as a perk I have and when I go to manage the perks, I am facing the same issue as
I would like the unlimited long distance pack for both of my phone numbers I am managing. It shows up as free for me, but isn’t letting me add it as a perk I see. Also, would like a list of the countries the perk allows me to call please, thank you.

We have checked and we see the Long Distance Pack perk is added to both lines.
