Wrong bill amount

About 3 weeks ago, I changed my plan from a Tab to BYOD. At the time, I checked my tab balance and both we’re at 0 and the agent confirmed I had finished paying off my tab. He then confirmed that my plan would be $45 ( - $10 a month for atuo-pay) and my total would be $41. But I got my bill on Friday and their is still a $25 tab charge. I need this corrected?

I’d like to suspend my services temporarily. I already activated the ‘seasonal hold’ feature from Self-serve on May 7, but had to re-activate my account on June 10 to receive a very urgent and unforeseen call this month.Once that was done and I tried to pause again, it was denied, stating I had to wait another 12 months to use the feature. I’ve been out of the country for months and won’t be back until at least next year, and will still like to keep my number when I return. It’s unfair to be asked to pay full price for services I have not used for the past few months and won’t until next year.Thanks.

Cannot change Perk

Hi there, I’m unable to add the Premium Voicemail Perk to my plan. It was working before I changed to a new plan a few months ago and it still shows as my selected Perk, but it’s not actually active and any attempt to select it again or change my current Perk now fails.Can someone from the Koodo team please make this change? Let me know if any more information is required. Thanks!

Switch to Seasonal Hold Plan

Hi there,I previously switched to a Seasonal Hold Plan, but had to resume my service temporarily to receive verification texts from CRA.I’ll be outside of Canada for the next 6 months and won’t be using my Canadian phone number during this time. I’d like to switch back to the Seasonal Hold Plan to keep my number active with the lowest possible fee. But this time I can’t do this by myself.Could you please help me make this change? I understand that I’ll still be responsible for any remaining Tab payments, if applicable.I’d like the plan to take effect as soon as possible. Hi I need to pause my service for a couple of months as I am travelling home and will not be in Canada. I have already left so can I please get this paused. I tired using self serve but it wouldn’t let me. Thanks

Lengthen Seasonal Hold

Hey there, my seasonal hold expires on the 5th of August and I won't be back in canada until the 14th of august. I wont have internet access between the 10th of July until the 11th or August to add a new plan. What are my options? I don't want to lose my number and I don't want to pay more than $15 dollars a moth just to keep it.

we are trying to change the plan for ***-***-*342 it keeps saying cant pick a perk at this time. I would like to change it to 100 g of data 5g, it goes to pick your perk I selected 5g boost and then it says I can't pick a perk at this time. Can you help me
