Error when clicking Pick Your Perk

Changed plan, and when I click Add Now for Pick Your Perk, I get the three circles and then an error: "Outstanding Order! There is currently an outstanding order in progress and it is blocking the AddOn selection." The only thing I can do is Exit.It's been this way for about two weeks of trying. Somebody fix?

can't change plan

I’m trying to change my plan but keep getting error message when choosing a perk or even no perk. Koodo is preventing me from downgrading my plan.

Trying to Change Plan and choose a Perk

I was trying to change to a new monthly plan and select rollover data as my free perk, but when I select it, the next page says no perk selected. I don’t want the other perks just rollover. Should I switch plans then try to fix it after or some other solution?
