I recently accpeted a special offer to get a new phone and plan.  When I log into Self Serve, I get prompted to pick my Perk (and I was told that one did come with that plan).  When I try to submit the changes, it tells me "No Perk Selected", even though I had clearly checked the box beside "Premium Voicemail".  I tried to select the other Perks I don't want too, but the same thing happened.  Am I missing something?
