Trying to change it to Premium Voice mail, but the self-serve won’t let me. Any help would me much appreciated.

Hi @jkug, we can try to change it on our end. Please let us know on what line (last 2 digits of the phone number are ok) you would like to add the Premium Voicemail perk.

Also, just wanted to let you know, when switching perks, the new one will take effect starting next bill cycle.

@jkug, we're getting the same error so I've submitted a request form to our backend team to add the $0 Premium Voicemail perk to your ********06 line. It should be added within 3 business days, and it will come into effect next bill cycle. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
