I’m also unable to add my free perk which is the “Unlimited International SMS & MMS”.  A message says:  “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now. Try again in an hour.”  and continues to say the same thing.  Any assistance to solve my problem would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Unfortunately, we were unable to add the perk on our end, however, we have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.

Thanks so much for your help, Flo Koodo!  I just checked & it looks like my perk was successfully added.  Yay!
