Every time I go to the Manage Perks section and select a perk, it gets to the last step and just says No Perk Selected and then applies that. I’m not sure whether the Perk I initially chose with my plan is currently active. Could you check what perk is currently active on my account, I want to pick the Unlimited Long Distance Pack with my plan. Thanks

We verified and the active perk is the Unlimited Long Distance pack perk. When changing the rate plan and the perk included, the perk starts with the next bill cycle after the change. 

In your case, the new bill cycle already started and you should see it in the Self Serve account
