I am trying to change my phone, when it takes me to select perk al I get is a message saying I can’t choose a perk right now

Can you please let us know which perk you want to pick?

Have you tried proceeding without a perk? Does it let you move to the next step? 


I cannot proceed to the next step, I have added a photo of the page I get. I am trying to add the premium voicemail

We were unable to add the perk on our end, however we have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
