I have been unable to add a perk since changing my plan, and keep getting an error when trying to select the perk on the website. I would like unlimited international sms. I would also appreciate the extra charges for international sms to be reversed since I had been unable to add the perk. Thanks in advance for your help!

We verified the account we issued a request form for the Unlimited SMS perk to be added to your plan. Please allow 48-72 hours for it to be added and check the Self Serve account for the perk, before use.
We did not find any charges on the ongoing bill cycle just yet, if there are any, you can wait for the new invoice to be released and schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message via Social Media (Facebook, X(Twitter) or Instagram) and we would gladly look into the situation.
