I had changed my plan last month, and chosen the unlimited long distance perk.

When I checked on it a couple days ago (to confirm details for my long distance calls) it showed the perk I had with my old plan instead, speed boost.

I have since tried to switch it over multiple times during the last 4 days. It always says it worked and an email will be send, but I never get an email, and when I check on my plan again, the perk has not been changed.

Please switch it as soon as possible,

We have issued a form request for the Speed Boost to be removed and the Unlimited Long Distance calls perk to be added. Please allow 2-3 business days to complete.
