Hi, my plan allows me to pick a perk but for some reason when I try to choose a perk I get an error message.  Can someone assist me with this option.  I have two phone numbers under my account, one account has it working properly but the other I get the error message.

Just to confirm, are you look in to add the same per that you have on the line endin in *0?

Yes, I’d like to have the same perk on the phone line ending in *5 as the one ending in *0.

We were unable to add the perk on our end, however, we have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
