Trying to add the one free perk « International SMS » for my phone plan but on the last step, the perks webpage says « no perks selected ». Waited one billing cycle and the free feature does not show on the monthly statement either. Please help, thank you.

We completed a request form for the Unlimited International SMS to be added to your number and it will update within 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that it will take effect starting with your new bill cycle.

 

In order to clarify, the number ending in #563 already has the Unlimited International SMS perk. The request form has been sent for the number #363.
