I just switched plans, selected the International SMS/MMS perk, and when I completed the switch and got to the confirmation screen, it said “no perk selected.” Can you please add the International SMS/MMS perk to my plan. Thanks!

Okay, just following up on my original post, when I check my plan it looks like the International SMS/MMS perk was added to my account, despite it saying “no perk selected.” Koodo staff can ignore my request, but should investigate as to why the system does not properly show the selected perk when switching plans.

We can confirm the perk has been successfully added to your line.

There is currently an issue affecting randomly the ability  to manage/ update perks.

Our team is investigating it.
