I have been facing the same issue for weeks and cannot change plan while trying to add a perk.

We verified and issued a form to investigate and for the perk to be added. It will show in the Self Serve account as soon as it is added. Please allow 2-3 business days as time-frame. 

 

@mazr922  can you try to change the rate plan and skip adding the perk for now ?
