On my plan I would like to switch my perk to unlimited international texting. Self-serve system will not let me and gives system error. Assistance is appreciated.

We have issued a form request to add the Unlimited International SMS perk to your plan. As it is added in the ongoing bill cycle, it will take effect starting with your new bill cycle.
When the new cycle starts you can doublecheck it in the Self Serve account.
