I got a roaming charge of $16 on my bill.  I did not use my phone services. Can you please reverse it. Thanks.

We verified the day of the charge and we did not see any usage in regards to Airtime or text. We did see a very low data usage that is associated with data leakage. 

As it was accidental, a credit was applied with immediate effect. 

 

It is recommended to turn off the Cellular Data and Data Roaming off or even use Airplane mode while Roaming.
