roaming not credited

I have posted on here about my accidental roaming, told I would be credited both times and have not seen the credits for the last 4 months?  And I keep getting charged when we never leave the country!!  How can O get them credited like I have been told I would?

I have 3 charges over the last 2 bills for US roaming. I was by the border on Vancouver Island but never crossed over.

Charged roaming when I didn't leave ontario... also because of the extra charge my payment was NSF so I should not be charged that extra extra nsf fee either!  Please help

i recieved roaming charges on 2 of my accounts despite not leaving Canada.

I have received Roming charges onto two of my cell phone plans. We did not leave Canada. We were on Vancouver Island. The other phones in the car did not connect, but it seems two other phones did. Can you please credit back the charges on my account before I pay the bill?

Easy Roam Fee was charged in my bill

Hi,I was charged a Easy Roam fee in my August Bill. I went to a town which is close to the US border. However, I didn’t pass the border, I stayed in the Canada zone all day. I don’t think I should be charged the roaming fee. I would be appreciate if you could cancel this roaming fee from my bill.

Roaming charges were applied to my bill even though we were in Canada.  They need to be removed from my  August 2025 Bill. I live close to the border. Never crossed into the USA on the date charges were applied to my bill.This is very inconvenient  and frustrating to get to get this charge removedThank you

Accidental roaming charges applied to account while still traveling in Canada along Lake Superior. Please fix this roaming charge and return my 14 dollars. Also please look into fixing the proximity problems that Canadian users are facing. Thank you.

I was charged for roaming when travelling near the US border( Niagara falls). I have not used data but had $14 extra in my monthy bill. Please reverse it. Thank you.

I also was accidentally charged roaming fees (August 10th) on two of the mobile numbers I have associated to my account. We were driving from New Brunswick to Quebec but cut through Maine, US. We turned off data before the border and waited until we were back in Canada before turning our data back on.

I have been charged $126 in incorrect roaming charges on my daughter’s phone line. We live close to the US border so this is often an issue. It is inconvenient for us to turn data roaming off. Can I please have these charges removed.

I was incorrectly charged $7.00 for a US roaming charge when I never entered the US. I remained on the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls border. Please remove this from my bill.
