I was charged $14 for roaming in the US but I hadn’t left CAnada. I was visiting a friend in Camelot Bay in Wainfleet, on the Canadian side of Lake Erie. Please credit the charge back to me.

Hello, I was in Niagara Falls but never crossed to the USA and I got billed $14 for a day of roaming. Can this be reversed please?

Erroneous roaming charge

I received roaming charges.  I was charged $16 while in the Gulf Islands, BC. I don’t go to the US as a matter of principle.Please have this charge removed.Thanks.

Charged roaming fees when my wife did not travel the U.S.

Please remove the $14 roaming charge from our bill. We did not travel to the US. I work in Port Hope at an office on Lake Ontario and it is telling me I am roaming in the US. Something must be done to block US carriers from penetrating across the border. This is making me livid. James Benz
