I was charged for easy roam but didn’t leave Canada

Hello.  On June 12, there is a charge on my bill for easy roam $14.  I was travelling across Canada but never left Canada

Hello, on my last bill I was incorrectly charged for roaming when I travelled close to the border. I drove through the town of Grand Forks, BC, and nearby towns, but did not travel outside of Canada. Please review my latest bill as I would like to be refunded this charge.

Incorrect Roaming Charge

Hi , I am incorrectly charged for 1 day of roaming probably because I was in Niagara Falls Canada on June 14th and may be because it is closer to the US border. I got a message that roaming was enabled as well as I am charged on my bill. Can you please review it and revert the charges and I will can make the bill payment.

US Easy Roam Charge Made in Canada - Please Reverse!

Hi I see that I somehow picked up an Easy Roam charge in my previous billing period of $14 that I need reversed. I was nowhere near the US border so can’t explaIn how this may have happened. I refuse to pay this charge please reverse it. - Leah

Incorrect Roaming Charge

I have always had the exact same monthly phone bill but I noticed that my bill this month was quite a bit higher. I looked into it and noticed an extra add on fee which I have never received before, and a roaming fee which stated that I travelled to the US. I don't live near the US boarder and have not travelled near the boarder in over a year so I am confused as to why I received this charge. This is clearly accidental and I would like to have both the add on charge and the roaming charge reversed.

Roaming charges added in error

I was in Italy for 3 weeks, using a data eSIM from Airalo the entire time. For some reason I see multiple activations of roam like home and no actual usage (as I said I was using an eSIM the entire time). Please reverse these charges as I did not actually do any roaming and have no idea why they are appearing.

Billed for Roaming when i never left the province

I was billed for roaming in the US again when i didn’t cross the border, i had my phone in airplane mode which is what the last agent told me when i got close but it didn’t make a difference, this is the second time this year, last time the agent said they would refund the charges and never did.  Please correct this issue and refund me the charges.  Customer service has been beyond frustrating to deal with so far.  Thanks.

I posted a question last week about an incorrect easy roam fee charged to my account. I got a response saying that the fee will be removed, however I still see the $14 showing up on my current bill. I am set up with autodeposit.

I am being instructed to post here in order to have my roaming charge reversed. I was in Port Colborne, Ontario on July 21 and 22, 2025. I never left Canada or entered the United States. I am being charged $14 for roaming that I need to have reversed.

Incorrect amount of minutes charged

I just got notified for my previous bill period that I have to pay almost double my monthly bill (now $99) which makes no sense. I checked my bill and saw i was charged for 185 minutes of roaming? The breakdown clearly shows 3 calls made and the calls were 2,4 and 7 minutes only. I am confused as to why 13 minutes turned to 185 and couldn't find the exact charge amount in the faq. I made the call to make arrangements for a gift for my friends birthday in another country so I definitely feel like adding 185 minutes is incorrect as I obviously didn't speak to the flower shop that long. Please help me get this amount rectified.  Thank you
