Roaming Charges

Easy roam was charged to my account while traveling in Southern Alberta on July 11, 2026. Did not cross the boarder.Please credit the charge.Thank you.

I drove near the border of Canada but did not cross into it and received a text about Easy Roam activating for a daily charge. Please remove this charge from my upcoming bill as I did not cross the border into the United States.  Thank you.
