 I wish to speak to an agent. I live on the north shore of Lake Erie in Selkirk, Ontario Canada and have not travelled outside of Canada. I would like to be credited.

Incorrect roaming fees

Incorrect roaming fees. Charged as sending “US Text messages”, never left Canada. Why am I having to make a community post for all to see? “The community” can’t help me and shouldn’t have to with a service I’m paying for.

Incorrect roaming fees

I live on Vancouver Island Canada. I was hiking the West Coast Trail on the island the entire time. I got notified of a roaming fee so I instantly went on airplane mode and had roaming turned off. I received a roaming charge on my bill even though I should never have connected to that network in the first place.
