Call back please.  Is roaming charges occurring on every bill when I haven’t been to the us.

You can schedule a call-back at any time through the Koodo Assist.  We can also assist you with the Roaming charges here. Let us know the dates that you are disputing and if you were in Canada at that time and we will look into it.
