I have been charged $14 four times on Dec 20, Jan 2, 3, 4. I was on a different plan and turned roaming off completely. I should not be charged anything for this. I never received a text from Koodo saying that I am roaming or in the US. Without this warning I had no idea I was getting charged. I need these charges dropped as this is ridiculous or I will be cancelling my membership.

The only option available in the phone is to turn off Data Roaming which prevents data usage while roaming. It does not affect airtime or text message usage. We verified the days with the charges and found that it was activated by calls, incoming and outgoing while using the Koodo Sim.
From what can be verified, the charges are valid.
We are limited to some actions here, over the Community, as you mentioned that you did not receive the Roaming welcoming message, you can reach out to our Tech support team in order to further investigate. A callback can be scheduled through the Koodo Assist.
I did turn off my data roaming the entire time I was there. Even if I messed up on not turning the roaming off since I never received the text which is your companys mistake I never thought twice about being charged. If I received a Welcome to the US text then I would know to turn off my roaming, due to this I would like these roaming charges to be dropped. Please let me know if this is a possibility as I think it is very fair.
How do I schdule a call? What are the steps I need to make because it is not easy to figure out
