7 charges at $16 each, all <1 minute on the bill

We verified the fees for the dates changed and the charges were activated as follows: 

December

11 – Airtime (Checking Voicemail)

14 –Airtime (Checking Voicemail)

15 – Airtime (Checking Voicemail)

17 - Mobile Data Usage

18 – Mobile Data Usage

20 – Mobile Data Usage

26 – Mobile Data Usage

 

For the dates of December 17, 20 and 26, we found that the easy roam was triggered only by a very low data usage, associated with data leakage. As the charges for these days were accidental, a $48 credit was applied for the fees and will update within 3-5 minutes in the Self Serve account. 

 

As airtime usage and high amounts of data usage are present on the other days, the charges are valid. You can also verify the fees in the usage section of the Self Serve account and when you download the invoice as PDF.

I didnt know voicemail counted towards airtime. can you credit those as well this one time?
