Accidental Roaming can happen while near the border. The phone automatically connects to a US tower and is re-routed back to a Canadian neatwork within 2 -10 minutes, depending on the signal strength. 

We looked over the days with the charges and it seems like your device remained connected to a US tower constantly for the second half of the 12’th of December and the better first half of the December 13 between 7-10 hours. 

From what can be verified, the charges are valid.
