I have been charged $45 for my bill last month but it should only be $30 and I did not leave the country so need this looking into and resolving asap.

Hi @Grace2704, we’re not seeing any roaming charges on your last few bills. We saw there was a price increase for your plan starting with the October bill ( you can find the increase notice on your September bill).
