I have been charged two months in a row $6 easy roam US charge and haven’t even left the country. Charges made to my September and October billing. I’m very annoyed with it and would like this to be rectified. I do have roaming off so not sure why it keeps happening? Refund please

We have looked into it and we couldn’t find roaming charges on your last bills.

The $6 are for a data add on. If you do not need the data add on, you can remove it in self serve in Mobile Services- Manage add ons.
