I was charged for US roaming with $14 Easy Roam on my September 2024 bill for my cell phone. I was in Niagara Falls but never left Canada. I never entered the USA. The charges are a mistake and should be removed and credited to my account. Please fix this error and refund $14.00 plus tax. Thank you.

We have looked into the charge you mentioned and as it is accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.
To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
