Hello Koodo team,

 

I have been charged for the roamingwhen my data was explicity off and I never opted for roaming nor was I informed about it before charging. Please cancel my roaming charges as no data was used. Otherwise I am chnging my service. Thank You.

We verified the days with the charge and found that for the December 6, the Easy Roam was triggered by a sent text message while roaming. For December 8’th, the charge was triggered by an answered incoming call while Roaming.

From what can be verified, the charges are valid.
