Hi,

 

I live in Langford, BC, which is near the US. I was taking kids to the beach and got a roaming charge text and then charged on my bill. Please remove this charge. I believe I have been charged multiple times before; I just didn’t notice. Please remove all incorrect international roaming charges.Thank you

 

 

Hi ​@Ricky Mah, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it is accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve. 

We’ve checked your past bill and we’re not seeing any roaming charges there. Please note, charges can be disputed in 30 days once the bill is issued. 

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
