looking for 30$ to be refunded - was charged for roaming but never used it.
Hi there, we have looked into the charges you mentioned and they were triggered by data usage while roaming, with SMS usage on the 29th as well. For more details, please check the usage section in self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
