Hi, I have been charged for Easy Roam yesterday (Nov 9, 2024) when I haven’t left Canada and I had "data roaming" turned off on my phone, and Koodo was selected as the manual network. I don't know how this roaming charge could have occurred. Please remove the charge and confirm when it has been removed. Thank you

If the charge is on the pending bill, please start a new post once the charge appears on the bill and we will look into it further.
