I don't know why I'm being charged roaming still. I changed the network mode like you told me and I have my roaming data off. I replied to a text while on a hike. not in the US and I got charged $14. Please reverse this charge and let me know what I have to do to avoid it ! Do I need to live with my phone on airplane mode because I live near the border? Thank you.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since they were triggered due to accidental roaming usage, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

With a Canada-US plan, there will be no fees for when the phone picks a US tower while near the border,. On top of that, you can use your phone without additional charges in US (some exceptions apply).
