I never left Canada and have a $14 dollar roaming charge on my last bill..  I was near the border in Niagara Falls but never left the country 

Please confirm that you will credit my account 14 dollars on my last bill

We have looked into the charge you mentioned and as it is accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
