I was charged $48 on my last bill for easy roam but did not leave the country let alone the province. Why am I being charged for services I didn’t use and how do I have them reversed?

From what can be verified, the charges were triggered on the dates of November 17-18 and 19 for usage while Roaming in Costa Rica. You can check the 4’th page of the invoice when downloaded as PDF.
Yes I was in Costa Rica in November and do see the roaming charges on my Nov 17- Dec 16 bill which had been paid. I’m wondering why I am being charged another $48 for roaming again for the billing period Dec 17 - Jan 16 when I was not travelling.
Got it. This is due to the bill cycle date. The November invoice covers the usage fees up to 16’th of November and the December invoice covers the usage period starting with the 17’th of November. The usage period is always the month behind. Only the rate plan charges are shown in advance.
