Hi, I am being charged roaming charges while I am travelling out of Canada though I don't talk to anyone. I would request a call back to remove those charges while roaming International. It's really very hard to reach out Koodo customer care as there is no toll free or mobile number provided anywhere on the website. If you get my message please call me back. Thanks!

Hi Sireesha! We just finished reviewing your account and I can’t seem to find any roaming charges within the past 2 months of usage. Where are you currently located and where did you see the roaming charges?
Please note, If you received a roaming notification it’s important to wait until you see the charges appear on your invoice before they can be disputed.
