Hi @SVL, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned. You spoke to one of our agents on September 4 and he added a credit for one of the pending roaming charges as it was the only one incurred at that date. You can see this credit reflected on page 7 of the September 30 bill under Accidental Roaming CAN/US -$14.00.
As the other two charges are also accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve. We will not re-issue the September bill but the credit has been added to your account.
To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
