Hello I have incorrect roaming charges on my latest bill. I was still in Canada but got charged . I was close to a border. Can you please fix this.

Hi ​@Gv1 we have looked into the charges you mentioned and they were triggered by data usage while roaming with no Canadian usage. There was also some outgoing SMS usage on one of the days in questions. For more details, please check the usage section in self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute it further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
