Accidental roaming charges. Please review and remove. Thank you. 

Hi ​@Xmuah we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure you are manually connecting to the Koodo network on both lines and continue to keep the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings.

You can do that in Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators, toggle off Select automatically, wait a few moments for the networks to populate and select Koodo.
