Hello Koodo: I have recently travelled for appointments in Canada and have been charged for roaming during these times. Oct. 6th…. Oct.12th….  Oct.13th…..Oct. 22nd.

I’ve never crossed the boarder into the USA. 

My account has been closed as of Oct.29th. 

Please reverse these charges.

We have looked into the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
