I have been charged for Roaming Sept and Oct. please reverse the charges. I changed my plan yesterday so that this would not happen again but if I do not receive satisfactory resolution I will be forced to cancel with Koodo. I want a call back. (That means I need to speak with a human) I am disabled and cannot deal with this. Please help. This took me an hour to write. Thanks. 

Hi @Bigal, we’ve checked and there are no roaming charges on your September bill. There are 3 international roaming charges for Spain on your October bill.

We’ve looked into the charges and they are valid as there was data usage and calls to your voicemail on all 3 days. You can also check the usage section in self serve and the PDF bill
