I have been charged for Roaming Sept and Oct. please reverse the charges. I changed my plan yesterday so that this would not happen again but if I do not receive satisfactory resolution I will be forced to cancel with Koodo. I want a call back. (That means I need to speak with a human) I am disabled and cannot deal with this. Please help. This took me an hour to write. Thanks.

We’ve looked into the charges and they are valid as there was data usage and calls to your voicemail on all 3 days. You can also check the usage section in self serve and the PDF bill
If you would like to dispute the charges further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on Social Media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
