I live in a border city and spend lots of time on the water as we have a boat. Please reverse roaming charges. This has happened alot this summer. I hope they fix it for next summer

We have looked into the October 4 charge and as it is accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

To avoid being charged for data roaming in the future, you can go into your phone Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and toggle off Data Roaming. You can always keep it off while in Canada, it will not affect your data usage. If you travel abroad and want to use data you can toggle it back on.

To avoid being charged for services like SMS and calling you can go into your phone Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators, toggle off Select automatically, wait a few moments for the available networks to populate then select the Koodo network manually.
