Hi there:
I was charged easy roaming, $15 from Dec 8 to Jan 7. Not sure why, as we went to Mexico from Dec 16 to Dec 23, but I put my phone on airplane mode.
Also, I was charged roaming, $15, Jan 8 to Feb 7 but did not go outside of the country. Can you advise?
