I was charged with 10 days of roaming usage. I went to USA bus I disabled the sim card cause I used an e-sim for data usage and calls. I still got charged with $140

We’ve looked into the charges you mentioned and they are valid as there was data usage on all the dates you were charged. There are also some calls, you can also check the usage section in self serve and the PDF bill
