I was advised by the help-bot to put my question here for review by Koodoo. I received roaming charges on Dec 31st for use in Mexico however I wasn’t in Mexico but rather near the border. If someone could review the charges and contact me

We verified the day with the charge and found that, for a brief moment, the device connected over the border and bounced back right away. There was a very low data leak within that 1-2 minutes. 

As it was accidental, a credit was applied for the fee and will update within 3-5 minutes in the Self Serve account.
