I received a $14 U.S. roaming charge on my latest statement/bill that is due Feb 3, 2025.
I was not in the United States. I was in Windsor, Ontario which is across the river from Detroit, Michigan.
Please remove that roaming charges from my statement and email me the revised statement.

As the bill has already been issued, we will not re-issue it but the updated total will be visible in your self serve.
To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
