During my travel I kept the roaming data off most of the time. I turned on just two days. Now, I got the bill and there are charges for 9 days even for the day I was already back in Canada. I don’t understand how the charges have been applied.

Hi ​@PGallo we have looked into the charges you mentioned and there were only 7 charges that we could see on your January bill. The charges were triggered by data usage and calls. For more details, please check the usage section in self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
