We live near the US border and were charged for roaming on Dec 12 & 23.  We were not outside of Canada and would like the charges reversed.  Thank you.

Hi ​@Carsenault we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
