Hi, 

 

I have US roaming charges on my bill for September and October but I never left the country. I can share my passport stamps if required as well. Kindly let me know if these incorrect charges can be removed. thanks.

We have looked into the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
