Hi @Nika we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it is accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.
The charge was triggered by an outgoing SMS while your phone was connected to an US tower. To avoid future charges please make sure you are manually connecting to the Koodo network and that the data roaming continues to be off in your phone settings.

thank you for your quick reply. I live next to the boarder, so cellular data off isn’t enough? I must also select Koodo network only, is there away around? Service is extremely poor as is it, without limiting networks.
Keeping the data roaming off will only prevent charges for data, not calls or SMS. To prevent future charges we’d recommend connecting manually to the Koodo network.
