Hi Koodo,

I recently was on a trip to Mexico, and when I landed, I turned off airplane mode and my data instantly turned on and I got a text saying I was being charged for data roaming. I turned it off immediately because I did not wish to pay this fee and I thought that it would not charge me in my monthly charge but it did. Can I please be refunded as I never used the data roaming.

We verified the details of the charge and found no data or text usage. The charge was triggered by verifying the voicemail while Roaming, which is considered airtime usage.
