Hi. I just wrote about a $14 USA charge for October 12th which I didn't cross the border. I remained in Canada

I also just noticed a $42 text message roaming fee which I'm not sure what that is about because I was away in Poland and was charged the Easy Roam fee each day totalling $112 which is correct, so I don't know why I was charged $42 extra in roaming texts as well.

We have looked into the $14 charge you mentioned and as it is accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

We have also checked the $42 charge for roaming SMS and saw you were charged for Easy Roam International as well. This is possibly due to a system glitch as it was the last day of the bill cycle and you were travelling back. We’ve added a full credit for that charge as well.
